Stress Relieving Tips:
You can tap your stress away by tapping on your clavicle three times, and as you do, say release, then put your hand out. Keep doing that until you feel that the stress is relieved. Not only do you hear it, you feel it as well.

Take a moment for yourself, count, and say out loud slowly, “One Thousand One, One Thousand Two, One Thousand Three” is enough time for you to reset your mindset.
Say “Yes” to you and say “Yes” to realizing you do matter.
