With everything going on — and especially with sudden losses that shake us — many feel unsteady. Some admire strong voices that speak with conviction. Others feel divided or hurt by the same words. Regardless of perspective, their presence — and absence — stir emotions that ripple into our homes, our feeds, and our bodies.

Every headline, every post, every heated comment doesn’t just live on a screen. It travels through your eyes and ears, landing in your body. It unsettles your clarity and sometimes leaves you feeling powerless. This is why finding peace in the noise is more than a practice — it’s essential self-care.

September is also Suicide Prevention Month.
