How to Remove the Fear that Fuels OCD

Today’s HealTalk Tuesday is about how powerful the connection of your mind and body is.
Your body can manifest what you think and feel subconsciously and impact how you act and behave unknowingly.
I also talked about OCD = Overly Controlled Directiveness, which means the focus of attention at a given trigger, a feeling of ‘time disappearing.’ OCD is fueled by fear and discomfort. Once you know and face the fear, you can become free of what you thought you had no control over.
For genuine change to happen at the core and feeling level, hypnosis and a new way of focusing the mind – must occur.
Do you know someone who may need healing within?
I’m here for you.
If you’d like to connect with the core cause of what you’ve been holding on to, I offer a 15 min Free Consultation. Let’s find out if we are a good fit to work together.

  1. Thank you for this. I never realized that it was fear of change that made me do that same thing over and over again.
