Insomnia – How Hypnosis Can Help

Text: SLEEP to (818) 221-2797 to receive my audio gift to you.

Today’s session is about Sleep and Insomnia

1. Create a safe space.

2. Clear your mind.

3. Compartmentalize

4. Drift into a deep sleep.

5. Use self-Hypnosis

Insomnia is a symptom, not a disease. Insomnia can have many causes, but the biggest cause is due to stress. Stress-related to work, school, health, or family concerns.

Depression and trauma are the next biggest cause of insomnia.

Your mind looks for a solution to restore your body when you are asleep. During deep sleep, the brain goes through our impressions of the day in a process vital to memory formation.

Stimulants, including caffeine, alcohol, nicotine, or other over-the-counter or prescription medications, may cause insomnia.

Prescription drugs, including some antidepressants, high blood pressure, and steroid medications, can interfere with sleep.

Lack of sleep can make you put on weight by drastically slowing your metabolism down. Getting plenty of sleep might prevent weight gain. Getting extra sleep can even improve athletic performance, immune system, performance, and focused attention.

Sometimes all you need is to shift sleep patterns or let go of stressors and triggers. I can help you sleep safely and deeply! https://healwithin.com/appointments

  1. I have suffered from insomnia my entire life. What you said made a lot of sense. Sadly, I’m not in your area. I’m across the country, and even though we could do Zoom, I wanted to see someone in person. I did Googled and found a hypnotherapist near me and I’m feeling relief. It’s so nice to get a full night’s sleep. Thank you!
