The Workshop

As part of the Great American Smoke Out on November 16, 2023, HealWithin is hosting a Stop Smoking Workshop.

A typical hypnotherapy session for smoking cessation may last around 60-90 minutes. You’ll work closely with me and I will guide you into a relaxed state. During this state, I will use various techniques to help you let go of the smoking habit and build a smoke-free future.
